Harry Xmas To You!

If any of you in the bookish community are not aware, Maureen Keavy (Maureen Keavy on YouTube, and @maureenkeavy on Instagram and Twitter) along with a lot of other BookTubers are hosting a read-a-long and movie watch-a-long (?) based around the Harry Potter books and movies. If you guys want to participate you can check out their Instagram or Twitter (both @harryxmastoyou) or watch Maureen’s informational video which I’ll put a link to at the end of this post!

In case you didn’t know, I am slightly obsessed with Harry Potter (it was the first chapter book I ever read by myself back in kindergarten and I’ve been in love with it every since!) and I will definitely be participating in the read-a-long. I’ll probably watch the movies too but I’ll have to wait until I go home to do that.

Since I normally only post on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, I’ve decided that for the month of December I’m going to do what I’m calling Blogmas. So starting today I’m going to try and make on blog post on here each day until Christmas day and then after that I’ll go back to regularly scheduled blogging. I just want to have the opportunity to share my progress through #HarryXmasToYou and other fun posts as well.

I hope you guys enjoy this month filled with Harry Potter and blogging because I know I will… So long as the stress of finals doesn’t consume me! (Although luckily this first semester I only have two actual tests for finals and then one “maybe” test. I’m very very thankful for this!)

So I’ll see you guys tomorrow for another post, I’ve got to go start reading Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone!

Have a great day everyone.

 PS: Here’s Maureen’s video…
